I want to watch the film, but my parents refuse to allow me to watch it. I think of myself as a very mature individual and I have seen films equally as bad (in terms of adult material) such as Kill Bill and others, so why not Heat?

Do your parents KNOW you’ve seen Kill Bill? If so, they should have no problems with you seeing “Heat.” It is much tamer in the violence realm. But, to be honest, it’s a very classy, mature movie. It may not be entertaining enough to a 14 year old. It deals heavily on personal relationships, and sacrifice. It’s not like most action movies. In fact, I would categorize it is a Drama first.

Heat is one of my fave movies but does involve a sh!t load of profanity and killing….I have never seen kill bill but Heat is a great movie…I don’t think this movie will turn you into a bank robber and if your parents let you use the internet but not let you watch a movie based on fictional bank robbers then idk what the hell to tell ya.
ok what the hell are u talking bout mr wang…Heat stars Robert Deniro and Al Pacino and also Val Kilmer and is about bank robbers

I can’t understand how your parents would be okay with you watching Kill Bill but not Heat? It makes no sense. Kill Bill is much more violent, has just as much language and contains sexual content. Heat does contain language and violence but it isn’t as graphic. I think that you could handle it.

Mmmm… i read someone posting it that Meg Ryan and Bruce Willis are in it? Correct me if i’m wrong but i think “Heat” stars Al Pacino & Robert DeNiro. It has explosive violence and drama in it but i think you can handle it.

  5. Mr. Niginog Wang Says:

absolutely. There is a bit of language, but Bruce Willis and Meg Ryan are great in this movie. It’s a comedy so i think its safe.
dont get it confused with In Heat though. Has a lot of dogs and cats in it.

  6. Husker Says:

Heat is a great movie, I grew up watching very violent movies.

It’s not any worse than Kill Bill. Maybe they don’t want you to see cops getting shot or something?
