   You examples are not necessarily accurate. The average size of a man in the United States is 5. More than half the US are size 5. I prefer 7 or more though. Thats my own personal preference. It’s not the easiest to come by either because of the majority of 5′s. My boyfriend is GREAT. Exceeds my preference.
