I’ve watched a LOT of Asian horror films, but would like to expand to other countries
What are some SCARY foreign horror films? I am talking about scary, gory, crap-in-my-pants, scream-like-a-little-girl SCARY.
I’ve already seen, Asian-horror-wise, Shutter, Ju-on, Ringu, Pulse (Kairo), etc. etc.

Anatomie (2000)
Hausu aka House
One Missed Call 2
Ju-on: The Grudge 2
Gin gwai aka The Eye
Yogen aka Premonition
Rinne aka Reincarnation
Gawi aka The Nightmare
Gin gwai 2 aka The Eye 2
Dèmoni aka Demons (1985)
Phenomena aka Creepers (1985)
La Terza madre aka Mother of Tears
Chello hongmijoo ilga salinsagan aka Cello
Tenebre (1982)~There is a version titled “Unsane”; it’s best to find the original version, titled “Tenebre” or “Tenebrae”.
NOTE: Dario Argento created The Three Mothers Trilogy, comprised of these films: “Suspiria”, “Inferno” (1980), and “Mother of Tears”. Each film deals with one of the titular “mothers”, a triumvirate of ancient and evil witches whose powerful magic allows them to manipulate world events on a global scale.

I agree with the first answer… A tale of Two Sisters was amazing!! You could try the original ‘eye’. To be honest the best foreign and all round horrors will come from japanese/korean – they have a certain dark element about them…
The other one is bollywood classic horror. Might seem out of touch but they have a very over the top melodramatic feel…
Sorry I dont really answer your question much, but i’ve only seen a few…
To sum up I recommend the following;
1- The tale of two sisters… about two sisters, but with a wierd grusome twist, very horrific and tense! But u cant bat an eyelid if you want to get the story a-z
2- Audition (with the infamous SAW scene if you havent already seen it – its amazing!)
Good Luck! Have a nice one!
