A movie about a guy who gets recruited to do like UFC style fighting or whatever seems like it would have been an 80s movie. The fighting was sort of like martial arts or whatever and the film would be at least 9 years old because I saw it when I was a kid before school one day and I haven't been in elementary since June 2000. I've been told Gladiator (1992) and that's not it because I believe if any of these characters wasn't white he would have been Asian or dark in light-skinned way and I would likely remember Cuba Gooding Jr. And the time frame would also likely eliminate Fight Club and any such movie from the late 90s as this film looked kinda cheaply made with nobody actors.
