Since i was little I've had trouble sleeping at night. I get scared, to the point that I'm almost shaking and in tears. Scared of things like characters in scary movies, things on TV...even things I saw YEARS ago end up randomly in my head. It's affecting my work, because I usually don't get to sleep until 4 or 5 in the morning. I feel like a child, I'm afraid of scary movies like a kid would be. Not seeing them doesn't even help, because I invent things in my head that could happen, or I picture the commercial from a scary film. Telling myself they're not real doesn't help. I want to get over this and be able to act like an adult, instead of sleeping with the light and TV on...or getting up and sitting up for hours [+]
