I'm currently--in the Bay Area--at an awesome junior college, Ohlone College in Fremont (after having a horrible experience at a little private college called Cogswell in Sunnyvale)... I'm looking at some notable colleges: SJSU, UC Irvine, and UC Riverside. Is that enough colleges to apply to? I'm interested in double majoring in Film as well as Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese... I don't prefer UCLA(overrated), USC(overrated), SFSU (film school not that great I hear, although I may look at it for graduate school)... CSU Monterey Bay is not as diverse as I would like...nor is UC Santa Cruz...(although, I'm still considering UC Santa Cruz)... Too, I tend to be around the Asian crowd...and UCI, UCR, and SJSU seem to have a mix of the demographics (including black students, which I hope to add to), and my majors... I absolutely despise math and have never been too great at it. I've always said I'd never major in anything that is predominantly math and most probably will have an English major.
