I mean there are some 'feces' fetishists out there of course, but I suspect that the overwhelming majority of the adult population never wishes to defecate in front of fellow human beings. This includes being filmed, and being watched by your husband/wife. Perhaps the majority of people also wish for there to be no one in hearing distance from them whilst this is occurring (i.e listening in from outside the bathroom) [+]
